Therapy for Burnout in Portland & Across Oregon Online.
For Women in Midlife Feeling Disconnected, Lost and Stuck.
You’ve done everything you’re “supposed” to do.
Built a career. Managed a home. Maybe started a family. You’ve been responsible, productive, and put everyone else’s needs ahead of your own for years.
But now? You feel exhausted. Disconnected. Maybe even a little lost. Like you’re running on autopilot—and wondering how you got here.
This isn’t just stress. This is burnout.
And you don’t have to power through it alone.
Therapy can help you:
Understand the root causes of your burnout (not just patch over the symptoms)
Untangle your worth from your productivity
Reflect on what still fits in your life (and what doesn’t)
Reconnect with parts of yourself you’ve been putting on hold
Create space for clarity, rest, and intentional change
Burnout therapy for women in Portland & Oregon online.
I help women navigate the quiet unraveling that can happen in midlife. You may not be in full-blown crisis—but things feel off. You’re tired of just pushing through, and you’re ready to ask the bigger questions:
What do I want now?
What would it look like to live differently?
And how do I even begin to make those changes?
In therapy, we’ll explore these questions together—with honesty, self-compassion, and no pressure to have it all figured out.

That’s a completely normal feeling—especially if you’ve never done therapy before or had a less-than-great experience in the past. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and not judged. We’ll go at your pace and focus on what feels most helpful for you.
